friendly staff, good breakfast, reasonable price, very clean, near subway station but far from central train station so you'd better take a bus.

The breakfast is decent. No wireless on second floor and above which is very inconvenient. Good location and the staff were nice! Clean rooms and very quiet during the night.

one of the kitchen staff (a philipino) was unpleasant to us when we were having breakfast. she was like looking at what we had taken from the buffet table, which made us very uncomfortable. and if we asked for second cup of coffee, she would be sighing!!! ...

the staff was really good, the breakfast could be better but its best value for money, the room was clean and the hotel is actually near the center two metro stops from Duomo and everything you want to visit is near. You can walk to the center.

The rooms didnt have no soundproof, the room next to us was noisy and they were like speaking in our room, and you could hear the noise of the metro passing by.

Good hotel for it's price, location is good - metro is 5 minutes to walk, railroad station about twenty minutes.

The elevator is too slow, breakfast is very poor, although coffe is the best!

No internet connection in the upper floors. You can have very good internet connection on the ground floor and 1st floor.

Convenience to reach to the subway, and close to all the shops. Representatives at the reception (esp in the evening) helped a lot and were very friendly.

The bed was not comfortable. Most of the food for breakfast were almost finished around nine although the breakfast was until 10 a.m.

Room was clean, air-conditioned. Hotel staff was good and helpfull. Position of the hotel is excelent, in one of the main shopping area and 20 minutes from Dome cathedral. Good value for the money.

Small room, poor breakfest.

I like the fact that this hotel is located in a shopping street where you can do some very good shopping. Also there are quite a lot of cafes where you can have some very good Italian food. Also nearby there is a place where they make the Italian ice cream as in the old days.

I think the breakfast is not that typical Italian one with a lot of choice.

The location of the hotel is on Buenos Aires street which is a main street in Milan with lots of shops. It is near from two metro station It is on walking distance to the Dumo (~15 to 20 Min). Staff are friendly and helpful.

The noise from outside. The bathroom is too small and it is hard to move inside No air conditioner No tea maker Very slow elevator. WIFI is available on the lobby and first floor. The price was not fixed on Booked.net. Need to put a sign for the hotel!

our room was in the 6 floor and the wall in front of the window was so tall and we couldnt see street, the room was a little small. do not accept the room of 6 floor in my idea
